1. Cancellation Schedule
Our policy for Hotel Yulia - Le Amour Inn is designed to be fair for both our guests and the management:
- Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of check-in will incur a 50% charge of the booking amount.
- No Refund: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or in case of a "No Show."
2. Refund Processing
All eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days through the original payment method.
