2. Check-in & Check-out
Our standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be charged extra.
3. Identity Proof
As per government regulations, every guest (above 18 years) must carry a valid photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Voter ID). PAN cards are not accepted as address proof.
4. Property Damage
Any damage caused to hotel property, linens, or electronics by the guest will be charged to the guest's bill at the time of check-out.
5. Prohibitions
Illegal activities, carrying hazardous goods, or smoking in non-smoking zones are strictly prohibited.
6. Right of Admission
The management reserves the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave in case of inappropriate behavior or violation of hotel policies.
